Job Description: We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Coordinator to join our small team. Very small team! The right person needs to have a can-do attitude and a curiosity to self-learn. For this role, you have a passion for e-commerce, love to get your hands dirty, and are excited to wear multiple hats, this role is for you! We are wanting someone who wants to grow with us and learn along the way.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in e-commerce is a plus.
  • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google analytics, Meta and Google ads is favoured.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and social media platforms such as Tik Tok, Instagram and Facebook.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to take on various tasks as needed.
  • Physical ability to lift and move stock that may be over 15 kilos.
Responsibilities
  • Order Fulfilment: Pack and ship orders with precision and care to ensure our customers receive their gifts in perfect condition.
  • Shopify Management: Update product listings, manage inventory, and ensure our online store runs smoothly.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service via email and social media, answering queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Sales: Contact potential corporate clients about how we can support making their clients, staff and/or VIP’s have a Good Day with our gifting products.
  • Marketing: Support with social media content creation, email campaigns, SEO optimised blog content and other promotional activities.
  • bMonitor and report on e-commerce performance metrics, providing insights to help improve our online presence.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all products are packaged to our high standards and assist in maintaining an organised and efficient workspace.
  • Warehouse Management: Oversee stocktakes, inventory, storage and overall warehouse management.
    So yeah, if it’s not obvious, we are really wanting a person who has a broad range of kick ass skills!
