Hours: Full Time, Permanent – 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Mon-Fri 9.00am-5.00pm
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker and Packer to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction in the order fulfilment process.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or order fulfilment preferred.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift, carry, and move boxes or packages as required.
• Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.

• Accurately pick items from shelves or storage locations based on order lists.
• Pack products securely, ensuring items are protected during transit.
• Label and prepare packages for dispatch according to company and carrier requirements.
• Verify order accuracy by checking item numbers, quantities, and quality before packing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse and packing areas.
• Follow health, safety, and quality standards at all times.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks as required.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, FLT licence is an advantage but training can be given).
