To be successful in this role, you should have basic communication skills and a willingness to learn. Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, but not required.

• You have 0-3 years of experience in a similar role (preferred, but not mandatory).
• You have a valid Staplerschein (forklift license).
• You are willing to work in shifts.
• You have basic language skills in either English, German, Romanian, or Polish.
• You are able to work in a physically demanding role.
• You possess good organizational skills and attention to detail.
