We’re a friendly, family-run company working across three creative brands. We design, manufacture, and ship printed promotional, crafting and wargaming storage products to customers across the UK and worldwide.
We’re looking for a reliable Picker & Packer to join our e-commerce fulfilment team. If you’ve worked in a warehouse, order picking, or packing role before – great! If not, don’t worry – we’ll give you full training.

Badger Design is a small, family-run business specialising in manufacturing and printing a range of promotional products such as fridge magnets, whiteboard planners, coasters, and keyrings. Badger Design is the parent company to two e-commerce brands - Magnet Shop and WarMag.

• Magnet Shop - offering whiteboard magnetic planners and magnetic crafting supplies
• WarMag - specialising in magnetic storage solutions for tabletop wargaming

These e-commerce brands operate from a dedicated, self-contained “ecommerce shop” area within the larger Badger Design factory. This is where the stock for Magnet Shop and WarMag is stored, picked, packed, and dispatched.
The ecommerce fulfilment team is very small, consisting of only two very capable and experienced e-ccoremce fulfilment staff members currently, one of which being the supervisor of the team. This role is to join them in this team. Because this department is so tight-knit, it’s crucial that any new team member fit well with the group so that the role benefits all parties!
Your main responsibilities will be picking and packing ecommerce orders quickly and accurately in the ecommerce shop, preparing them for shipping to customers around the UK and worldwide. You will also prepare and pack bulk or batch stock orders, including stock for Amazon FBA and other fulfilment sites across the world.

On the odd occasion, you may assist the wider Badger Design factory with light production support tasks. For example, these could include but are not limited to:

• Laminating vinyl stickers onto boards or magnetic materials
• Assisting with small manufacturing machines used in product assembly or finishing (training would be provided)
• Other light manufacturing duties that do not involve heavy machinery

MAIN DUTIES

• Picking and packing e-commerce orders quickly and accurately
• Preparing orders for dispatch, including labelling and packaging to company/courier standards
• Preparing & packing bulk or batch stock orders for our fulfilment sites across the world
• Light product assembly work (e.g., finishing printed items)
• General warehouse/factory tasks when required
• Maintaining a clean, organised work area
