Pay: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Morning shifts (rotas to cover Monday–Sunday)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work on your feet and perform manual handling tasks.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Positive, team-focused attitude.
• Previous warehouse or packing experience is an advantage, but not essential (training will be provided).

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Picker & Packer, you’ll be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch. This role requires attention to detail, a good work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Pack items securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
• Prepare parcels for dispatch, including labelling and checking addresses.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse.
• Follow all health & safety procedures.
