Description Now Hiring: Dropship Picker – 1st Shift Location: Elwood / Illinos Pay Rate: $18.00/hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Flex hours on Mondays/Tuesdays during peak volume & OT as needed) Saturdays when needed. OT hours is when team starts at 5am which we do every Monday Position Overview: We are seeking reliable and motivated Dropship Pickers to join our team. This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with dual functions of pick and pack during the shift. Key Responsibilities: Perform picking and packing duties accurately and efficiently Lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift Walk continuously in a fast-paced environment Operate handheld devices, packing machines, and scanners (training available, experience preferred) Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all company procedures Requirements: Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to operate material handling equipment, such as hand trucks or pallet jacks.
