JOB SUMMARY

We are vehicle dismantlers yard recycling vehicles and selling used car parts and accessories. We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Packer/Picker to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are packed accurately and efficiently for shipment. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or packing environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems is advantageous.
  • Experience with forklift operation is a plus; training may be provided for suitable candidates.
  • Ability to perform materials handling tasks efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential for success in this role.

  • Handle materials with care, adhering to safety protocols during the packing process.
  • Assist in shipping and receiving activities, including checking incoming goods against delivery notes.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all packing materials are stored appropriately.
  • Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring ergonomic practices are followed to prevent injury.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
