Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker-Packer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are accurately and efficiently packed, prepared for shipment, and meet quality standards. You will work closely with the inventory and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Packing:

• Accurately pack products according to company standards and customer specifications.
• Ensure all items are securely packed to prevent damage during shipment.
• Label packages clearly and correctly to ensure easy identification and tracking.

Quality Control:

• Inspect products for defects or damages before packing.
• Ensure that packed orders meet quality standards and customer requirements.

Inventory Support:

• Assist in organizing and maintaining packing materials and inventory in the warehouse.
• Help with stock organization to ensure a smooth and efficient packing process.
• Document and organise the returns.

Shipping Preparation:

• Ensure packages are prepared for shipment on time and in accordance with shipping schedules.
• Work with logistics teams to ensure that all orders are ready for dispatch.

Cleanliness and Safety:

• Maintain a clean and safe packing area.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in packing, warehousing, or a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and follow packing procedures and safety protocols.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
• Ability to lift and move products as needed (up to a specified weight).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with other teams.
