Description The Picker/Packer is responsible for performing general manual labor tasks on the production line, including separating clumped materials and removing defective products to ensure quality standards are met. Some of the duties and responsibilities may include: Perform manual labor tasks as assigned, supporting various stages of the production process Identify and remove defective or clumped products from the line to maintain product quality Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures to include K&P good manufacturing practices (GMP) and food safety policies Relies on instructions from Line Techs, Line Auditors, and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job Requirements Must be available to work Monday through Thursday 5:00pm-3:00am, overtime as needed Some roles may require: A minimum of 6 months of production line experience. Repetitive lifting of up to 25 pounds. A high level of manual dexterity.
