REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a warehouse environment, ideally within eCommerce fulfilment
• Experience using warehouse management systems (Mintsoft or ShipHero preferred)
• High attention to detail and ability to work at pace
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
• Forklift license is not required, but will be considered a bonus

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative (Picker/Packer) to join our growing team. You will play a key role in ensuring our clients’ orders are processed accurately and efficiently, supporting the smooth running of the warehouse.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Using WMS software (e.g., Mintsoft or ShipHero) to manage order flow and inventory
• Receiving and inbounding stock deliveries
• Performing stock checks and inventory management
• Assisting with inventory transfers and stock organisation
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
• Supporting other warehouse operations as needed
