OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong focus on quality control, materials handling, and efficient warehouse operations. Ideal candidates will have experience in a warehouse environment and be comfortable with heavy lifting and the use of various equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous warehouse experience preferred, particularly in packing or shipping roles
• Familiarity with materials handling techniques and safety protocols
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems for tracking inventory
• Strong mechanical knowledge to operate equipment safely and effectively
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 20 kg) consistently throughout the shift
• Excellent attention to detail for quality control purposes
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork

• Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications
• Maintain an organised workspace, adhering to warehouse management system protocols
• Loading and unloading vans and other vehicles
• Conduct quality control checks on packed items to ensure compliance with standards
• Assist in shipping and receiving processes, including inventory management
• Stock shelves and replenish inventory as needed using HHT
• Collaborate with team members to meet dispatch targets and deadlines
