Description

Order Picker/Packer WeatherTech Direct is seeking well-qualified Order Pickers/Packers to pick, package, and restock various products. Open positions are on 1st and 2nd Shift. 1st Shift times: 6:00am-2:00pm; 2nd Shift Times: 2:00-10:30pm This is a great opportunity to join the WeatherTech Direct team! * High performing, reliable, and teamwork-minded employees are rewarded with a competitive compensation and benefits package including the potential to earn end of year bonuses and pay increases * The hourly rate of pay is $18.50 per hour. 2nd Shift receives a $1.00 shift differential As an Order Picker/Packer, you will * Pick orders by reading pick tickets (BOLs) and move product to the shipping area by operating an RF Scanner * Package various products to order specifications * Work as part of a team to ensure efficiency when processing orders * Train new and existing team members on different functions of the production area to ensure all can perform each task properly; share knowledge and best practices to help aid efficiency and productivity * Follow all safety and company procedures while performing work duties * Perform other duties as assigned, both within and outside of the department Qualifications * Minimum of 6 months related work experience * Experience using an RF Scanner * High school diploma or equivalent * Able to read and understand verbal and written work orders/instructions * A high degree of attention required to prevent accidents and injuries * Ability to stand for the duration of the shift * Lift up to 50lbs * High school diploma or equivalent * Flexibility to work weekends and overtime, as required * Fluent in English and authorized to work in the United States Why you’ll love working at WeatherTech Direct WeatherTech Direct is proud to offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package, opportunities for internal promotions and skill development, and a clean and safe workspace.
