Here’s what you’ll be doing as a Warehouse Personnel/Picker: Working with our warehouse team, your duties will include organizing delivered product into designated areas, maintaining cold chain for perishables, and completing requisition lists. You will collect supplies and package according to type, ensuring the product is fresh, properly labeled and damage free. Duties and Responsibilities: * Check invoices and pick lists to ensure accuracy of deliveries and shipments * Record any missing items on invoices, to provide proper accounting and inventory * Maintain cold chain for perishables, ensuring product is received, shipped, and stored at proper temperatures * Adhere to Manitoba Food Safe requirements * Ensure outgoing product is fresh and packaged properly, free of damage and with production date labels, being aware of FIFO procedures * Load supplies onto racks for placement in the cooler and vehicle entrance, organizing them in the correct drop off sequence  * Maintain organization and cleanliness of picker/driver and storage areas, including walk-ins * Follow general and emergency safety procedures * Operate pallet jack Requirements: * Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs (22kg) * Excellent attention to detail * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written * Outstanding organizational skills Incentives: * Life, Health and Dental Benefits plans * Employee discount * Opportunities for advancement Hourly Wage: $19.50 - $21.00
