Copeland Chocolates - Picking and Packing Fulfillment Associate Location: 249 Copeland Street- Jacksonville, FL. 32204       About the Role Join our friendly and collaborative chocolate factory team, where attention to detail and care make all the difference. We’re looking for a dependable, organized Fulfillment Associate who takes pride in presentation and enjoys hands-on work in a positive, team-oriented environment. In this role, you’ll help ensure that every product leaving our factory is beautifully packaged and perfectly prepared for our customers.        What You’ll Do * Receive and organize incoming stock and materials * Prepare daily shipping materials (boxes, liners, bubble wrap, etc.) * Print daily paperwork and create shipping labels * Pick and fill customer orders with accuracy and care * Assemble and wrap gift boxes and baskets with a focus on presentation * Package and label products following food safety and quality standards * Prepare orders for shipment and maintain organized work areas * Participate in team cleaning and sanitation routines * Support teammates and cross-train in other areas such as packing and retail fulfillment * Follow all GMP and safety procedures to maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace What We’re Looking For * 6+ months experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or retail environment * Strong sense of organization and attention to detail * Enjoys teamwork, learning new skills, and helping others * Comfortable working in a climate-controlled area (69°F) * Reliable, dependable, and able to stay on task throughout the shift * Effective English communication skills (written and verbal) * High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to handle a variety of food ingredients (including common allergens) * Able to lift and move up to 30 lbs.
