Where we need your help In 2021, we brought exciting new developments at Monica Vinader as we launched a new piercing service in our stores. In 2024, all our studios were refurbished to provide a comfortable and elevated space to work in for our staff and customers. You will provide piercings to a high standard and deliver exceptional customer service in our London boutique network. In 2026 we are opening a flagship location in Liverpool and an exceptional Piercer to deliver this service in this new exciting location. Your skill, experience and knowledge will help us deliver an unparalleled service to our customers in a fun, accessible, luxury environment What you’ll do Deliver warm, welcoming and inviting customer service, making our customers feel relaxed and comfortable in our beautifully designed piercing spaces Deliver exceptional service, supporting the sales team outside of appointments to drive the overall performance of the location Confidently style and advise our customers on their piercing/s and all jewellery needs, using our exclusively designed products, to help them achieve their desired look Provide piercings to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, making customers feel confident in your skill and experience Ensure compliance with all necessary guidelines and best practices, prioritising the safety and wellbeing of our customers Support the aftercare process, confidently resolving any problems customers may experience Share your knowledge with the Head Piercer on legal, technical and safety measures in the UK, including feedback on product performance and opportunities Collaborate and network with fellow piercers to drive best in class performance and practises Guide, support and train our Sales Associates and other team members about the world of piercing Accountable for the accuracy of piercing stock levels Manage all aspects of the piercing studio day to day operations and support the management team to deliver operational tasks (eg: stock takes, visual merchandising guidelines, stock deliveries) as needed Comply with Monica Vinader company policies and procedures at all times Be a passionate brand ambassador, promoting MVs products and services in all interactions to drive appointments and overall business success What you’ll bring A customer focused mindset, putting them first in all you do and a desire to drive sales growth An understanding and appreciation of the luxury service environment Extensive experience in piercing, demonstrated through an up to date portfolio (Instagram/Facebook/Website) Demonstrable knowledge of piercing standards and regulations in the UK A clean, professional and service oriented approach, with exceptional hygiene at the forefront of your service Must be licensed to work in London A passion for sharing your knowledge with others, willing to help and advise different areas of the business (e.g product) To be successful at Monica Vinader...
