We’re opening an exciting new Reformer Pilates studio—a modern, womens only, welcoming and intimate space designed to help clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals. At Chia Pilates, we’re determined to start on the right foot on delivering high-quality, dynamic classes while fostering a supportive, inclusive community. It’s essential to create a welcoming and inclusive environment that reflects the vibrancy and diversity of Bradford and Batley. So – we’re looking for instructors who share this vision and are passionate about inspiring confidence!

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re seeking passionate and certified Reformer Pilates Instructors who are dedicated to inspiring and empowering clients of all levels.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certification in Reformer Pilates (or equivalent) with teaching experience.
• Experience in personal training, Pilates or a similar field.
• A passion for Pilates and helping others achieve their fitness goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct Reformer Pilates classes, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
• Educate clients on proper techniques and anatomy to enhance their understanding of movements.
• Monitor and assess client progress, providing feedback and adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
• Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere to encourage client engagement and retention.
