Post Title: Pilates Instructor

Salary: £13.00 per hour

Location: GoalZone, AESSEAL New York Stadium, S60 1FJ

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 1 year of experience delivering Pilates sessions
• At least 2 years working in the health or wellbeing industry

QUALIFICATIONS

• Pilates qualification (essential)
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• FA Safeguarding, First Aid, and DBS certification (can be completed on appointment)

• Plan and deliver high-quality Pilates sessions tailored to a range of health needs
• Engage participants from disadvantaged backgrounds through inclusive coaching practices
• Promote health messages and wellbeing information during sessions
• Support the recruitment of new participants to health projects
• Maintain up-to-date records including registers, reports, and retention/achievement data
• Assist with the preparation and upkeep of session materials
• Promote RUCT projects across appropriate platforms
• Participate in training and ongoing professional development
• Contribute to project development and evaluation
• Collaborate with colleagues across RUCT to share best practice
• Adhere to all safeguarding, health and safety, and quality assurance protocols
• Follow all relevant policies including equal opportunities, data protection, and financial regulations
• Undertake additional duties as required, in line with the role and organisational needs
