JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates and a commitment to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through effective instruction and motivation. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of body mechanics, and the ability to design engaging and effective workout programs tailored to individual needs.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in Pilates techniques with the ability to teach various levels of classes.
  • Knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to movement and exercise.
  • Experience in program design tailored to individual or group needs.
  • Familiarity with other fitness disciplines such as kickboxing, cycling, yoga, CrossFit, or dancing is a plus.
  • Strong teaching skills with the ability to engage diverse groups effectively.
  • Background in personal training or sports coaching is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on motivating others in a gym or health club setting.
