Are you an experienced Pilates Reformer & Matwork Instructor who thrives in a supportive and professional environment?
The Wellness Centre Wollongong is currently seeking a passionate instructor to join our friendly and collaborative team ASAP. This casual employment position offers 10+ hours per week, with opportunity for growth.
We are a long-established, values-based wellness hub in the heart of Wollongong, known for intelligent teaching, whole-person care, and a warm community vibe. Our clients are adults aged 30–75+ seeking expert support and movement that feels safe, accessible, and empowering.

WHO YOU ARE:

• A certified (Cert. IV or Diploma preferred) Pilates Instructor
• a minimum of 2 years teaching experience
• Confident in teaching Reformer and Matwork to beginners and older adults
• Client-focused, adaptable, and emotionally intelligent
• Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team (yoga, massage, mindfulness, coaching)
• Looking for meaningful work, not just a gig
