Description

We are a Renowned Pilates and Physio Studio on a mission to provide excellent service to help our clients reach their goals — because moving without pain changes everything. We give people clarity, step-by-step plans, and expert support to help guide them from pain to freedom through our growing membership and studio network.
With two studios, located in Maynooth and Sallins, we offer private and group reformer pilates classes and physical therapy & women’s health physiotherapy.
Due to business expansion we are looking for a Studio Lead & Mat / Reformer Pilates Instructor. A confident, people-focused person who thrives in a role combining studio operations, client experience, and Pilates teaching. You’ll be the front face of the studio for our members, ensuring they feel welcome, supported, and inspired to keep moving with us.This role is hands-on — you’ll lead by example on the studio floor, support the team to deliver exceptional service, and teach engaging Pilates classes that keep members coming back.

  • Proven experience in studio or fitness management, or strong leadership skills in a service-based role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable working to KPIs and using performance metrics to guide improvements.
  • Enjoys being both a leader and a hands-on teacher.
Responsibilities
  • Studio Leadership & Client Care
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth running, readiness, and exceptional service standards.
  • Teach engaging, varied, and high-quality Pilates classes for all ability levels, adapting for special populations when required.
  • Participate in regular training and CPD to maintain teaching excellence.
  • Plan and manage timetables to match demand.
  • Ensure 100% of new members complete onboarding and are guided into the right membership or pathway.
  • Lead Evergreen marketing initiatives to strengthen engagement and retention.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with the team and help organise monthly staff events to build a strong, positive culture.
