Position: Studio Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi
Reports To: Owner/Director
A new LAGREE & Pilates studio is looking for an experienced and motivated manager to handle day-to-day operations.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in a management role, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in studio management software (e.g., MindBody, WellnessLiving)
  • Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Strong knowledge of Pilates (certification preferred but not required)
  • Problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years in a studio or fitness management role
  • Experience managing a team and working within a client-facing environment
  • Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, email communication, and social media platforms
Responsibilities
  • Studio Operations: Manage day-to-day operations including class schedules, instructor coordination, and studio maintenance.
  • Client Relations: Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of instructors and administrative staff. Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Financial Management: Handle billing, payroll, and budget tracking. Monitor studio revenue, expenses, and profitability, reporting to the owner/director as needed.
  • Facility Management: Oversee cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance. Ensure the studio adheres to all health and safety regulations.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle client inquiries, bookings, and cancellations. Maintain client records and manage studio software systems.
