JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fitness studio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and wellness, along with strong leadership skills to inspire both staff and clients. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise and hands-on involvement in studio activities, ensuring a positive experience for all members.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in fitness sales or management within a health club or similar environment is preferred.
  • Strong background in sports coaching or group fitness instruction is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of physiology, body mechanics, anatomy, and overall wellness principles is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively on fitness-related topics.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others while fostering a positive team atmosphere.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing studio operations.
  • Proficiency in using management software or tools related to scheduling and client tracking is a plus.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the studio.
  • Monitor inventory levels for equipment and supplies; coordinate ordering as necessary.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries or concerns promptly.
