JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Piling Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in piling works within the GCC, strong technical knowledge, and a proactive approach to project execution and problem-solving. A valid UAE driving license is required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in piling operations within the GCC.
• Proven track record working with various piling techniques (bored piles, driven piles, CFA, etc.).
• Valid UAE driving license (Abu Dhabi).
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, geotechnical principles, and local regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities efficiently.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience with reputable piling or foundation contractors in the UAE.
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi Municipality and relevant authority approvals and procedures.
• Certification in safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is an advantage.

• Oversee and manage piling works on construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, site engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project timelines and quality expectations are met.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and quality control checks for piling activities.
• Prepare technical reports, method statements, and risk assessments related to piling operations.
• Monitor and evaluate pile driving equipment and techniques to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Review and interpret geotechnical data, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations, safety procedures, and company standards.
• Provide technical support during project planning and execution phases.
• Supervise piling crews and provide guidance on technical and operational matters.
