JOB TITLE: PILING FOREMAN

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly experienced Piling Foreman to join our site team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of experience working with specialized piling contractors, with strong site supervision skills and a hands-on approach to daily site activities. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in piling and foundation works, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
  • Strong practical knowledge of different piling methods such as bored piles, driven piles, and CFA.
  • Proven ability to supervise and manage site teams and equipment effectively.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and method statements.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience working with leading piling companies in the UAE.
  • Knowledge of site documentation, permits, and HSE procedures in Abu Dhabi.
  • Basic knowledge of machinery maintenance and troubleshooting is an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead piling crews on site, ensuring safe and efficient execution of piling works.
  • Oversee daily operations including equipment setup, pile driving, boring, concrete pouring, and rig movement.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and work procedures.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, machinery operators, safety officers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor manpower and equipment usage and provide daily progress reports to site management.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues on site and provide timely solutions.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and quality on site.
  • Assist in the preparation of site documentation, including checklists, permits, and inspection reports.
  • Ensure materials and tools required for piling operations are available and in good condition.
