JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
• At least 5–10+ years of relevant piling/ERSS experience
• Hands‑on experience with piling machinery referred
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills
• Proficiency in project documentation, site reporting, scheduling, risk management

• Plan, supervise, and manage piling works (e.g. bored piles) across one or more sites
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues
• Handle procurement, equipment logistics, subcontractor management
• Oversee safety compliance, regulatory standards (e.g. BCA, LTA)
• Prepare progress reports, cost tracking, claims and variation orders
