Key Responsibilities - Specialist PIM Verification purchase invoices in formal and substantive terms. Verification compliance of charges with orders, guarantees and price lists Verification and approves reserves/invoices for disbursement Posting purchase invoices Monitoring uninvoiced reserves Clarifying doubts regarding payments by contacting service providers. Your objectives in the role: Adherence to all PIM KPIs throughout the year to maintain operational excellence. Maintain high-quality processing of files with a focus on minimizing leakage and fraud. Attain complete knowledge and proficiency in end-to-end PIM tasks to improve efficiency. Actively support strategic initiatives, process optimizations, and new project implementations.
