Job Description YOUR MISSION Own the end-to-end strategy to detect, prioritize, and resolve assortment data quality issues across a catalogue of +10 million products, leveraging AI-powered tooling and automation to ensure that what millions of users see every day on Glovo is accurate, consistent, and complete, at speed and scale. THE JOURNEY You will be the operational and strategic backbone of our Assortment and Content Quality team, working at the intersection of data, operations, product, and intelligent automation. Specifically, you will: Strategy & Prioritization Define the logic for prioritizing fixes across 10M products, balancing error severity, business impact (GMV, visibility), and market coverage Design the error classification framework: Title mismatches, Image mismatches, and Catalogue Override conflicts each have distinct root causes and resolution paths Transform one-off data script outputs into a recurring quality dashboard that tracks PIM health over time, not just point-in-time snapshots Operational Process Design & Automation Build and document the end-to-end resolution workflow: defining which issues are resolved autonomously by AI/automation, which agents handle, which escalate, and which require Product or Data Hub intervention Identify and drive automation opportunities across repetitive, rule-based quality tasks, reducing manual effort while maintaining accuracy at scale Define SLAs, quality standards, and productivity metrics for the agents team Cross-functional Collaboration Partner daily with Data Engineering to refine AI-driven error detection logic, reduce false positives in automated pipelines, and improve comparison scripts across +10M SKUs and +20 languages Influence Product and Data Hub teams to fix root causes systemically, not just patch symptoms manually, and drive roadmap prioritization with data-backed business cases Coordinate with Local Market Teams on language accuracy, regional catalogue standards, and market-specific quality requirements Reporting & Visibility Own the quality reporting cadence for leadership, translating error volumes into business impact (e.g. "X% of wrong-image products are in the top 1,000 SKUs by GMV") Track resolution velocity, fix accuracy, and error recurrence rates over time Proactively identify systemic patterns and escalate for permanent resolution, working toward a clean, self-healing PIM environment Qualifications Must Haves 3–5 years of experience in operations, program/project management, or quality programs in a tech or e-commerce environment Strong analytical skills: able to read and interpret large-scale data outputs, build prioritization logic, and extract business insights, without necessarily writing code Proven track record designing operational processes and documentation (playbooks, SOPs, escalation workflows) for non-expert teams Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Data, Engineering, local teams) without direct authority Structured problem-solver: able to decompose ambiguous, large-scale problems into clear workstreams with measurable milestones Fluent in English (written and spoken); Background in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or similar fields is valued Nice to Haves Familiarity with PIM systems, catalogue management, or e-commerce data quality Experience coordinating operational agent teams Exposure to data tools: SQL basics, BI dashboards (Looker, Tableau, BigQuery) Background in marketplace, grocery, retail or multi-vertical platform environments Experience with project management tools (Jira, Notion, Asana) at team scale Experience with Salesforce Additional Information Individuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
