Description

As a PIM Implementation Expert, you will play a key role in deploying and supporting our client’s Product Information Management solution across various regions and business units. This position combines technical expertise, project coordination, and business engagement to deliver high-quality PIM implementations from setup to user training and post-go-live support. Responsibilities Support new projects and local teams during PIM implementations. Collaborate with the PIM Data Architect to fully understand business requirements and project scope. Manage product data onboarding (e.g., from SAP) together with the PIM IT team. Lead bi-weekly project meetings with local business stakeholders. Prepare training materials and deliver user training sessions. Develop UAT test scenarios and resolve reported issues promptly. Document project-specific developments in internal wikis. Keep the Global Manager informed of progress and critical issues. Provide second-line support after go-live. 💡 What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Information Technology, Business, or similar). 2–3 years of experience working with Informatica MDM Product 360 (training or certification is a plus). Excellent command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage. Strong analytical mindset and hands-on problem-solving skills. Ability to organize work efficiently and communicate clearly. Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments is a plus. Responsibilities
