The candidate must have the following knowledge in: - Support line operations as a BUL at the corresponding area like TRIM, CHASSIS and FINAL. - Active participation with corporation related to Quality commitments assigned to the assy plant. - Main participation on the WO, CI & CX domain fundamentals attacking Quality and Manufacturing commitments in the floor. - Support the Continuous Improvement Domain Lead for SPW. Develop new error and mistake profing to prevent defects, Develop kaizen projects in order to reduce the cost of manufacturing, Scrap Control for the lines assigned, accomplish the target of KPI TREE, Define the standards that permit to apply constantly the solutions identified, Ensure the correct comply of the manufacturing indicators like JPH, Scrap, I status and downtimes supporting all the time to the process, correct application of the Quality Internal & External KPI, like FTC, FTQ out, CFA, VLO and 1MIS on warranty, Lead process change risk assessment (Pre and Post Launch), Ensure compliance to critical vehicle level functional objectives and performance / safety standards (Brakes, Electrical, ISD, Exterior, Interior, Power Train, Water, BSR), Establish assy containments, bad assemblies and other defects (procedure) ensure all the vehicles are reworked following the procedures, Ensure the quality of the product & KPI for manufacturing, Audit the process to ensure that the process standards are follow, Lead the Quality inspections on line like PQG (Production Quality Gate) with reference to MQGR#10., Support the Short Loop strategies with focus on Customer complaints in the field and with issues related to manufacturing TCF, PPS leader tracking all activities assigned to this team, Attend all commitments for SPW domains and based on the employee classifications per year, availability change of shift     Qualifications Required education level: Bachelor's degree, graduated and titled in 8 years of experience in Quality and Manufacturing, University Graduated / (Professional Level) Bachelor degree (Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Industrial), Embraces and appreciates competition, demonstrates energy to deliver, acts with integrity and respect, and keeps things at their simplest and most innovative, Language: English 80% (Spoken and Written)
