You are eligible to apply if you: Are a currently pursuing an Undergraduate/master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline with an expected graduation date of December 2026 – June 2027 Able to commit to a one-year off-cycle internship, working 40 hours per week during July and August 2026, and 20 hours per week from September 2026 through June 2027. Candidates who are available to commit for a period of 6 months are welcome to apply. Proficient in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal. Key Criteria Strong interest in investment management and financial markets Attention to detail, motivated and proactive individual Familiarity with financial concepts and investment products is a plus. Exceptional organizational skills and resourcefulness See yourself as an Account Analyst: Learning and Development: Acquire knowledge of fixed income securities, portfolio management techniques, and macroeconomic factors while developing key skills relevant to PIMCO’s investment professionals. Data and Content Support: Assist Account Managers by researching market, product, and portfolio data. Provide fund commentaries, compile and present financial industry analyses, including institutional asset allocation, product analysis, Fund of Funds , and various ad-hoc projects. Portfolio Analysis: Analyze portfolio characteristics in the context of broader investment themes and assist in elaborating portfolio risks and performance attribution. Tool Utilization: Effectively use of basic office tools such as Excel spreadsheets, and macros. Proficiency in financial query tools such as Bloomberg Terminal and Lipper IM.
