Pipe Fitter
We are seeking a seasoned Piping Foremen with 10 years of hands-on experience in the construction of commercial HVAC Systems. The position reports to the Project Manager and is located in Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate field crews installing mechanical systems and equipment.
• Perform pipefitting tasks: measuring, cutting, threading, and bending pipe/tubing.
• Interpret and work from mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Weld carbon steel pipe using MIG, TIG, or stick methods.
• Braze copper for refrigerant lines and solder copper for hydronic systems.
• Assemble threaded black pipe systems
• Generate material takeoffs and orders based on site conditions and plans.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical trades, including HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Proficient in chilled water, steam, and condensate piping systems.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must pass a drug test and background check.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime/weekends as needed.
• Ability to pass a welding certification test.
