Communication Internal Communication: Pipe section foreman, charge-hand and group leaders Purpose: To receive the working instruction To communicate with other section personnel during work. To communicate with the peoples inside the organization. Advantage to communicate with peoples in the region during work. External Communication: N/A Purpose: N/A Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Accountability: Are accountable for their acts and omissions. Responsibility: To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents and near misses. Authority: To stop work if they think the work is unsafe.
