POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Pipe Foreman to oversee and coordinate the installation of underground utilities, including water, sewer, and storm drainage systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in utility installation, proven leadership skills, and the ability to work alongside and guide a crew to meet project goals efficiently and safely.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a pipe foreman or in a similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of underground utility installation (water, sewer, storm)
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
• Experience operating heavy equipment
• MSHA or OSHA training preferred (can be provided)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Supervise and direct pipe crew operations on job sites
• Coordinate work schedules, materials, and equipment for efficient production
• Ensure all work meets project specifications and safety regulations
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project documents
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and inspectors
• Train and mentor crew members
• Monitor quality control and resolve on-site challenges
• Complete daily job reports and documentation
