We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PIPEFITTER to join our Machine Shop and Manufacturing team. We’re looking for a skilled pipefitter to set up and install pneumatic and hydraulic components for tooling, ensuring everything fits and works properly. The role focuses on completing tasks efficiently while meeting performance and cost goals. Responsibilities include following engineering plans and customer requirements, identifying and resolving pneumatic issues, and working with other teams to address challenges. Not available for remote work. Expected hours of work: Typical work schedules for this site are 6am-230pm, Monday to Friday. Overtime: This position is for regular, full-time work and may require coming in early, working late, or working on weekends to meet the needs of the business. Travel: This position may require occasional travel to customer sites or local travel to other Paslin locations. Work Environment: This position operates in a manufacturing site environment. This is a safety sensitive role, which includes working around moving equipment and machinery. Physical Demands: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and twist. This role requires the use of hand operated tools and machine controls. Occasionally required to lift/push/pull up to 40lbs. Candidate Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred * Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic standards, tooling assembly & setup * 2+ years of experience in a machine tool shop * Able to read blueprints and set up equipment accordingly * Able to use overhead crane What’s in It for You: * Competitive pay and great benefits.
