What you will be doing Leads crew of hourly workers on a project site and manages safety, planning, production and performance of directed construction tasks. The Foreman is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing daily construction activities under the direction of the Superintendent or Supervisor. Plan and execute daily work activities based on direction from the Supervisor or Superintendent Lead, direct, and coordinate crews to meet production, quality, and schedule goals Communicate daily work plans, expectations, and safety requirements to crew members Monitor work progress and make field adjustments as needed Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and company standards Perform hands-on work alongside the crew as required Coordinate equipment, materials, and subcontractor activities Maintain accurate daily logs, production reports, and notes. Communicate daily progress, issues, and manpower/equipment needs to supervision Identify and report safety concerns, field conflicts, or potential delays Performs onsite coordination of labor activities, materials and equipment. Requests materials needed for scope of work. Supports safety procedures and regulations for assigned personnel and sub-contractors. Understands daily production schedule and adjusts work to meet schedule and cost parameters. Maintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan. Performs additional assignments per management’s direction. What we are looking for High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience with project construction tools and equipment safety.
