What You'll Do:  * Direct work of third-party contractors. * Ensure all safety and environmental requirements are met. * Assure all contractors and employees know and follow safety and work rules and policies. * Oversee all operational, construction, safety, and personnel work is received from Operations Director and field personnel. * Review hourly time sheets, invoices, O&M manual. * Direct the daily activities of an average of four to six (4-6) employees.   * Hire train, supervise, and assist employees as necessary to keep the pipeline in continuous operation.  * Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of third-party contractors. What We're Looking For: Required Education, Experience and/or Abilities * A high school diploma or equivalent education with at least three to five (3-5) years of experience or on the job training; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered. * Basic knowledge of fluid flow, pressure, hydrostatic head, pump characteristics and pipeline operations.   * Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.   Preferred Education, Experience and/or Abilities * Two (2) years in a supervisory position. * Possession of a valid driver's license required; Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred. * Ability to travel and work in remote areas on a daily basis; may be on call.
