JOB SUMMARY

LLM Construction Ltd. is a pipeline construction and clearing contracting. We are currently working on multiple year contracts on major infrastructure and pipeline projects. We have an immediate opening for a Project Coordinator. Your major roles will be:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in project management or coordination within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and techniques.
  • Past experiense in the pipeline industry working on major projects.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Compile daily Labour, equipment and material timesheets for submission to clients,
  • Compile daily production and cost coding reports,
  • Record daily construction meetings and partake in weekly progress meeting as well as present production reporting,
  • Coordinately equipment maintenance and material porcurment.
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely delivery.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support project planning.
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
  • Conduct construction estimating to assist in budget preparation and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders regarding timelines and deliverables.
  • Maintain organized project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.
