Job Description Serve as the point of contact for all technical matters, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, quality, and budget throughout the project lifecycle, including site support during erection and commissioning. Prepare technical documentation for RFQ/PO processes, evaluate bids, select suppliers, and manage CAE lists for piping, valves, and related components. Oversee suppliers by organizing meetings, reviewing technical documentation, monitoring progress, ensuring QMS compliance, and collaborating with quality inspectors during the inspection phase. Provide updates to project management, support site teams with relevant documents, and assist the Technical Project Manager in handling claims. Collaborate with product managers for knowledge exchange and ensure compliance with HSE standards. Qualifications Mechanical engineering experience minimum 3 years in Oil & Gas, Energy, Renewable Energies, or Energy from Waste, with basic electrical knowledge as an asset. Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD, CAE tools, and MS Office; expertise in preparing, developing, and optimizing specifications for mechanical systems. Fluent in English (minimum B2) and local language, with additional language skills as a plus. Hands-on approach, strong under-pressure performance, effective decision-making, problem-solving, and integrative thinking to manage complex situations. Proven ability to work with international and multidisciplinary teams, communicate effectively across cultures, and collaborate across businesses and departments.
