Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechanical cementing products, with a primary focus on centralizers and related downhole tools.
• Create and maintain 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
• Perform engineering calculations and analyses to support product development and design validation.
• Design, build, and evaluate prototypes to verify product performance and functionality.
• Plan, coordinate, and support laboratory and field-testing activities.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to improve product quality, manufacturability, and production efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including product enhancements and cost reduction projects.
• Provide technical support and engineering consultation to international customers and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in design reviews, troubleshooting activities, and root cause investigations.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and applicable industry specifications.
