We specialize in commercial air conditioning, plumbing, piping and the maintenance of these systems. Way Mechanical is at the forefront of building, design assist, preconstruction, commissioning, building information modeling, and quality control. Way Mechanical is currently in need of a Pipefitter Superintendent to join the team! Requirements: Able to pass a drug test Legally eligible to work in the US High school diploma Current driver’s license Proficient in the English language Must have Commercial Pipefitting experience 7-10 years of experience running Pipefitting projects Line out all field employees in the region based on project needs Attend bi-weekly Job Cost Meetings with specific answers for every project in the region Report to corporate headquarters daily Establish a relationship with the regional General Manager and communicate with them daily Train your foreman and potential foreman Read, understand, and analyze blueprints and specifications Prepare, understand, and analyze blueprints and specifications Full knowledge of chill water, heating water, condenser water system, and different materials used Work with fellow employees with a respectful and tolerant attitude Typical duties include but are not limited to: Line out employees each day for your region Work necessary hours to hit mandatory deadlines Ensure your Foreman fills out Daily Reports, 3 Week Look Ahead, percent complete on project, and make them accountable to turn in employee’s time Communicate with Project Managers and Foremen, and General Manager every day Attend onsite meetings with Mechanical and GC when necessary Ensure Foreman installs the highest quality product Represent Way Mechanical in a professional manner Perks of the Trade: Medical, Dental, and Vision Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Weekly Pay 401K Profit Sharing Company phone Years of Service Appreciation Program Qualifications
