JOB SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a Kitchen All-Star—someone who can do it all in the back of house. From dishes to dough making, pizza chef work to prep cook duties, you’ll be a key player in making the magic happen. We need someone reliable, flexible, and ready to jump in wherever the kitchen needs you.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous pizza or kitchen experience is a plus
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for long periods
• Available for a mix of days, nights, and weekends
• Strong work ethic and positive team mentality
• Willingness to learn and do whatever it takes to get the job done

• Wash dishes and maintain a clean dish station
• Prepare and portion ingredients for service
• Make our house-made dough from scratch
• Build, cook, and finish high-quality pizzas
• Assist in all kitchen stations as needed
• Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
• Communicate with your team to keep things running smoothly
