We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in both cooking and presentation.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
• Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan menus that meet customer preferences and dietary requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in cooking techniques and food safety practices.
• Assist in the presentation of dishes to ensure they are visually appealing before serving.
• Adapt recipes as needed based on seasonal availability of ingredients or customer feedback.
