About the Opportunity:
We are looking for experienced Pizza Chefs to join our team at Baby. Using the freshest seasonal produce and hand-sourced ingredients in a laidback setting, Baby is an effortless, all-day classic with a neighbourhood feel.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• Minimum 1 year demonstrated experience as a Pizzaiolo / Pizza Chef
• Must be able to hand-stretch artisanal pizza dough
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery highly regarded
• Excellent communication and presentation
• Time management and organisational skills
• Italian cuisine knowledge and experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment is desirable
• Strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
• Understanding food safety standards
• Must be able and willing to work rotating roster including weekend & public holiday
