TEAM MEMBER ATTRIBUTES
To work alongside our Head Chef & Sous Chef. Delivering good home cooked food for guests and owners on our award winning 5 star Lodge Park.
Must be prepared to be flexible and work in part of the kitchen operation and keep all areas clean and tidy, Safe & Legal.
Must be used to a fast paced kitchen environment.
Experience in a similar role would be a distinct advantage.
