JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our team at the South West Pizza Co, on Topsham Quay. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food lead businesses, strong with cooking & preparation of food, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to food safety standards. This role involves creating delicious Sourdough Pizzas, using Good Game Charcuterie, Local Produce and Seasonal Produce. Ensuring high-quality presentation and maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment. If you thrive in a fast-paced restaurant setting and have a flair for culinary creativity, we would love to hear from you.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant or culinary setting
  • Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and meal presentation in a timely manner
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
  • Previous kitchen experience is essential; culinary qualifications are preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • A passion for cooking and creativity in developing new dishes and following GP targets

Responsibilities
