Farro is an Organic spelt Sourdough Pizzeria with locations in Thornbury, Fitzroy, Windsor, Hawthorn, Richmond and South Melbourne and believes in their guests making a conscious choice with what they eat.

· Ability to stretch hand dough
· Operate a pizza oven – electric
· Prepare and cook ingredients
· Clean and manage kitchen equipment in adherence to hygiene and safety regulations
· Be responsible in assisting with the smooth operation of the kitchen and deliver high quality dishes to our customers
· Carry out basic cleaning tasks within the premises
· Opening & closing of the kitchen section
