JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and passionate Pizza Chefs to join our culinary team for a new store in Southend-on-sea. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and culinary arts, with a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Chef, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards while maintaining food safety protocols.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant or kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
  • Excellent culinary skills with the ability to prepare diverse cuisines.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Able to work varied shift patterns between the hours of 10:30am - 3am, Monday to Sunday
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • A passion for cooking and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
