QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience working with pizza — ideally in a wood-fired setting.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen.
  • A passion for fresh food and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Must have previous experience working in Ireland.
  • Fluent English.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team at Fired Up Pizza. If you’ve got a passion for pizza, a flair for fresh ingredients, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. This is a full-time role based in Donnybrook South Dublin, offering €15–€18 per hour, depending on experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and cook wood-fired pizzas to order, maintaining consistency, speed, and high quality.
  • Hand-stretch dough and assemble pizzas using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
  • Operate and maintain the wood-fired oven safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your station and across the kitchen.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and prep.
  • Uphold food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
