• Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste

SKILLS

• Strong menu planning skills with the ability to create innovative dishes
• Excellent knife skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
• Experience in catering services is a plus
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams
