JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a motivated experienced great Pizza Chef for Gotham Cafe Dublin 2.
Gotham Cafe is part of the long established Gotham Restaurant Group serving great food at good value prices since 1993.
Hours approx 35-48 per week based on 5 shifts a mix of days, nights & weekends.
Excellent salary & tip share & generous staff food plus holiday & bank holidays & Sunday Premium.
Day & night shifts are involved. We are open 7 days for Lunch, Brunch & Dinner.
You must have good experience, preferably in a busy kitchen on starters & salad section. Pizza experience essential . Further training will be given to suitable candidates.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Good working English, busy kitchen experience & lots of energy & enthusiasm required for this Full Time position in our Pizza Kitchen
You must have good working English to be considered. Valid current Work Permit or EEA status is essential. No students please, this is a full time professional position. Bank , PPS & Work Visa required
